Juanitta Reeves is a nurse and healthcare compliance consultant specializing in healthcare compliance services such as: hospice medical review defense, LCD documentation alignment, and state accreditation readiness. She is ACHC Certified as an ASC Consultant and brings extensive experience in ambulatory surgery center compliance, infusion services, and hospice operations. Through Second Sun Services, she supports healthcare organizations nationwide with structured regulatory strategy, documentation education, and operational systems designed to protect revenue and strengthen compliance positioning.

Virginia brings over 30 years of hospice nursing experience to the Second Sun Services team. Throughout her career, she has partnered with agencies across the country to strengthen clinical documentation and ensure alignment with CMS Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs). Her hands-on expertise supports hospice organizations in building documentation practices that are both clinically sound and audit-ready.
